After the viewing

If possible, take some time to consider the good and bad points of all the properties you have viewed. This is a big decision. Perhaps write down a list of the positives and negatives.  

Recheck the following:

• affordability
• condition is acceptable
• availability
• suitability for your current needs

If you are happy to go ahead, let the agent or landlord know as soon as possible.
