Help if you are not disabled

If you are not disabled but are aged over 60, or within a vulnerable or lower income group, in need of assistance to maintain or improve your own home, we may be able to provide assistance.  

For more information read the housing adaptations and repairs policy which explains how we support local people to help provide wide ranging assistance.

Depending on the level of work needed and your individual financial circumstances, this assistance may be in the form of a grant.  

We can also provide a private service for additional works or where an individual does not meet the criteria for a grant.
