Licensing Act 2003 - Statement of Licensing Policy
At least every 5 years the Council is required to publish a statement of licensing policy under the Licensing Act 2003 relating to how we carry out our functions under the Licensing Act 2003. In 2025, the Council consulted on and approved the document below to come into effect on the 24 February 2026.
