New bin service: Check where items belong
Our new waste and recycling service started on 1 June. If you're unsure where an item belongs, use our Waste and Recycling Lookup to quickly find the right bin and help avoid contamination.

We can help refer you to the right organisation that can help to try and get it resolved or provide a mediation service if required.
Areas where we are able to help include:
- dealing with complaints where a product or service has been mis-sold
- dealing with complaints when a product or service has been cancelled
- support when handling queries about energy bills
