Enterprise Zones are designated areas aimed at stimulating economic growth by offering incentives to businesses to establish or expand their operations within them.

Lancaster Way Phase 2, at Ely is part of the Cambridge Compass Enterprise Zone

Within this zone, businesses could benefit from incentives such as:

• additional support for businesses from the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough local enterprise partnership
• access to growth funding

• pleasant landscaped environment
• East Cambridgeshire has been ranked as the best place to live in rural Britain
• support from our economic development team

Enterprise Zone Status is only applicable to new builds for growing businesses relocating to the Phase 2 land.
